1. Intelligent pressing: The hydraulic system automatically presses the filter plate group together to form a sealed filter chamber.
2. Efficient Filtration: The material pump pumps the material into the filter chamber. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth and is discharged, while the solids form a filter cake.
3. Secondary pressing (optional): Start the diaphragm press to squeeze the filter cake, further removing moisture.
4. Automatic discharging: Under the control of the program, the puller precisely and sequentially pulls out the filter plates. Due to the weight of the filter cake, it falls off smoothly, completing one cycle.
