Professional manufacturer direct supply 870 automatic plate pulling filter press - Tailor-made solid-liquid separation solution, efficient and automated operation
1. Frame section:
Tail plate: Fixed at one end and corresponding to the pressing plate.
Head plate (compression plate): Connected to the cylinder, it is used for compressing and releasing the filter plate.
Main beam: Usually consists of two high-strength steel beams, used to support all the filter plates and the tracks for the movement of the filter plates.
2. Filtering Section:
Filter plate: The core component, the quantity depends on the processing volume. The material is mostly reinforced polypropylene (PP), which has the advantages of corrosion resistance, light weight, and high strength. There are feed holes in the middle of the filter plate, and grooves on both sides, which are used to support the filter cloth and collect the filtrate.
Filter cloth: The key filtering medium. Different materials (such as polyester, polypropylene, nylon, etc.) and weaving methods are selected based on the characteristics of the filtered materials (such as particle size, acidity and alkalinity, temperature).
3. Automatic Plate Pulling System:
Drive unit: Composed of a motor, reducer, chain or gears, etc.
Lifting device (mechanical hand): Under program control, it moves back and forth along the main beam, successively picking up and releasing the filter plates.
4. Hydraulic System:
Hydraulic station: Provides power sources, including motors, oil pumps, oil tanks, control valve blocks, etc.
Cylinder: Provides a tremendous clamping force to ensure that the filter chamber does not leak when subjected to high-pressure feed.
5. Electrical Control System:
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller): The brain of the equipment, controlling the entire workflow, such as pressing, feeding, pressing, blowing air, releasing, and pulling the plate, etc.
Control cabinet and touch screen: It provides a human-machine interaction interface. Operators can set parameters, start and stop equipment, and monitor the operating status.
6. Auxiliary System (Optional):
Liquid collection tray: Collect the dripping and leaking liquids to keep the working environment clean.
Filter cloth rinsing device: Automatically rinses the filter cloth after cake discharge to maintain its filtering performance.
Tensioning and vibrating mechanism: An auxiliary cake-discharging device that enables the filter plates to undergo slight oscillation and vibration, facilitating the detachment of viscous cakes.
Secondary pressing system (diaphragm pressing): Equipped with diaphragm filter plates. After the feed is completed, high-pressure water or gas is injected into the diaphragm to perform secondary pressing on the filter cake, further reducing the moisture content.
1. High degree of automation: Once started with a single button, all processes including pressing, feeding, discharging and cleaning can be automatically completed, enabling continuous batch production.
2. High processing capacity, filter cookies: The 870 model falls into the category of medium-sized to large-sized machines. It has a large single-cycle processing capacity, and through high-pressure feeding and optional pressing function, it can obtain filter cakes with lower moisture content.
3. Stable operation with low failure rate: The mechanical structure is mature, and it is controlled by PLC, ensuring reliable operation and facilitating maintenance.
4. Energy-saving and efficient: Compared with the old manual models, it significantly shortens the cycle time and enhances the processing efficiency per unit of time.
5. Strong adaptability: By replacing with different types of filter cloths, it can handle various types of suspensions with different properties, and is widely used in industries such as chemical engineering, metallurgy, mining, environmental protection, and food.
6. Safety and Environmental Protection: The entire filtration process takes place within a sealed system, minimizing the risk of material leakage and reducing pollution to the operating environment.
1. Environmental protection industry: Dewatering of sludge from urban sewage plants and industrial wastewater.
2. Mineral Metallurgy: Dewatering of metal tailings and concentrates, treatment of red mud, dewatering of kaolin and bauxite.
3. Chemical Industry: Solid-liquid separation for products such as pigments, dyes, intermediates, fertilizers, pesticides, resins, etc.
4. Food industry: Filtration of starch, yeast, soy sauce, and fruit juice.
5. Others: Dewatering of materials such as ceramics, quartz sand, and coal.
