One-stop solution for sludge dewatering: 1000 series fully automatic diaphragm filter press, directly supplied by the factory, customizable, hassle-free and efficient.
1. Pressing machine main unit
Frame structure: It is made by welding high-strength steel and consists of thrust plates, compression plates, main beams and cylinder seats. The structure is stable and has strong load-bearing capacity, ensuring no deformation during long-term operation.
Filter unit: Composed of box-type filter plates and diaphragm filter plates arranged alternately.
Box-type filter plate: Made of reinforced polypropylene (PP) material, it is corrosion-resistant and impact-resistant. The internal cavity serves as the storage space for the filter cake.
Diaphragm filter plate: A key component, the rubber diaphragm is attached to the polypropylene base plate. After the feed is completed, compressed air or water can be introduced to the back of the diaphragm to cause it to expand, thereby performing a secondary high-pressure pressing on the filter cake, significantly reducing the moisture content of the filter cake.
Automatic plate-lowering system: Driven by a variable-frequency motor or hydraulic motor, in conjunction with precise transmission devices and electronic sensing systems, it enables the automatic opening and closing of individual filter plates, replacing the cumbersome manual operation. It is highly efficient and operates smoothly.
Automatic liquid collection tray: During the discharging process, it automatically moves beneath the filter plate to collect the dripping filtrate, maintaining a clean working environment.
Electro-hydraulic control system: The integrated hydraulic station provides the power for pressing, maintaining pressure, and releasing the filter plates; the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) acts as the brain, achieving fully automatic control of the entire workflow, and can be connected to a touch screen for parameter setting and monitoring.
2. Special feed pump
Type: Usually equipped with corrosion-resistant slurry pumps or high-pressure plunger pumps.
Function: Provide a continuous and stable feed pressure for the filter press, forcing the material to be pushed into the filter chamber.
Feature:
High pressure: Capable of generating a relatively high filtration pressure (typically up to 1.0 - 1.6 MPa or higher), which drives the material to quickly fill the filter chamber and form the initial filter cake.
Durable and corrosion-resistant: The flow components are made of wear-resistant alloys or anti-corrosion materials, suitable for transporting corrosive slurries containing solid particles.
Linked with the main unit: Controlled uniformly by the PLC of the filter press, achieving automatic start/stop and pressure regulation.
3. Belt conveyor
Function: Automatically receive and transport the dry filter cake that falls from the filter press, and deliver it to the designated storage area or the next processing stage.
Feature:
Continuous discharge: It works perfectly in conjunction with the automatic plate removal mechanism, enabling unmanned continuous discharge, significantly enhancing the overall efficiency.
Customizable length and angle: The length and inclination angle of the conveyor can be customized according to the on-site layout.
Anti-skid design: Equipped with automatic correction idlers to ensure stable operation and prevent the filter cake from scattering.
1. Efficient dehydration: The "filtration + pressing" dual process results in extremely low moisture content in the filter cake, which is 5% to 15% lower than that of ordinary box-type filter presses.
2. Fully automatic operation: From pressing, feeding, pressing to pulling the plate, discharging, and conveying, the entire process is fully automated. One person can manage multiple machines, significantly reducing labor costs.
3. High processing capacity: The single-cycle processing volume is large, and combined with automatic conveying, it is suitable for large-scale continuous or intermittent production.
4. Energy conservation and environmental protection: The energy consumption during the membrane pressing stage is significantly lower than that of the conventional drying method achieving the same effect; the liquid collection tray and sealed design effectively prevent leakage and spillage.
5. Simple operation and maintenance: The PLC touch screen human-machine interface is user-friendly, with comprehensive fault self-diagnosis capabilities; major components are standardized, making maintenance convenient.
1. Municipal sewage: Sludge dewatering in municipal sewage treatment plants.
2. Industrial sludge: Dewatering of industrial sludge from industries such as dyeing, papermaking, electroplating, petrochemicals, and pharmaceuticals.
3. Mining: Dewatering and recovery of metal tailings and concentrates.
4. Chemical Industry: Solid-liquid separation for products such as pigments, dyes, and catalysts.
5. Food and Biology: Drying of by-products such as yeast residue, starch, and fermented organisms.
