The Juyi Filter 2# bag-type filter was successfully delivered, safeguarding industrial fluid purification.
Recently, Shanghai Juyi Filter Equipment Co., Ltd. completed the full-process quality inspection and preparation for the 2# bag-type filter (JYSF-2#-304) customized for a customer in Zhongguan Town, Guangdong Province. The filter was delivered as planned, with stable filtration performance and reliable delivery capabilities, continuously serving industrial fluid purification and solid-liquid separation scenarios in the South China region.
Zhongguan Town, as an important industrial cluster area in South China, has clear requirements for the sealing, compact structure, installation convenience, and operational stability of industrial fluid processing equipment. This customer focused on the general industrial fluid solid-liquid separation needs, mainly addressing the interception of tiny solid impurities in the fluid to ensure the stable operation of the subsequent equipment, while also requiring the equipment to be compatible with the on-site pipeline layout, have a small footprint, and be simple to disassemble, install, and maintain.
Relying on the mature product platform and customized service capabilities, Juyi Filter configured the JYSF-2#-DN50-304 bag-type filter for this project. The entire machine is made of 304 stainless steel, with a cylinder diameter of 219mm and a design pressure of 1.0MPa, a working temperature of up to 100℃, meeting the requirements of conventional industrial fluid purification conditions. The inlet and outlet of the equipment use DN50 HG standard flanges for connection, with a side-in and bottom-out structure and a bend at the bottom, perfectly matching the on-site pipeline connection; the surface is mirror-polished, equipped with a regular pressure gauge, with a stable structure, reliable sealing, and convenient disassembly and maintenance.
The project is equipped with 1 micron precision filter bags of PP material, which can efficiently remove fine impurities from the fluid, with stable filtration accuracy, high water cleanliness, effectively reducing the risk of system blockage and equipment wear, and balancing filtration effect and operational economy.
During the production and delivery process, the company strictly implements full-process quality control, including raw material inspection, precise welding, pressure strength testing, and surface treatment, to ensure that the equipment performance meets the standards and the quality is consistent. This order consists of 2 bag-type filter hosts + filter bags, packaged in export-specific wooden boxes, with moisture-proof and shock-proof protection to ensure safe transportation over long distances; at the same time, technical drawings, product nameplates, factory photos, and video materials are provided to facilitate quick acceptance and on-site installation by customers. The equipment was delivered on schedule on May 24, 2026, efficiently responding to the project progress requirements of the customer.
