Shanghai Junyi Filter Equipment Co., Ltd. Secures Another Order from Mexico - 500-Cubic Meter Pressure Filter Machine Tailored for Stone Cutting Wastewater Treatment Needs

Recently, through its deep adaptation capabilities for industrial wastewater treatment scenarios, Shanghai Junyi Filter Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully won the 1545th order from a Mexican customer - a customized 500-cubic-meter pressure filter machine, specifically designed for the solid-liquid separation treatment of stone cutting wastewater. This equipment is tailored to address the core pain points of high solid content and fine stone powder particles in stone wastewater. It will help local stone processing enterprises achieve environmental compliance and resource recovery with its efficient separation performance, further strengthening the company's presence in the industrial filtration market in Latin America.

 

The 500-shelf filter press delivered this time (contract number: JY20250930GL) has its core parameters precisely matched to the characteristics of stone cutting wastewater: the filtration area is 10 square meters, the designed pressure is 1.0 MPa, and it can efficiently retain fine particles of granite and marble powder as small as micrometers in the wastewater; it adopts the "hydraulic pressing" technology, combined with 24+2 PP filter plates (size 500×500mm) and 750A/B type PP filter cloth, which can withstand the slight corrosiveness of stone wastewater and quickly form a dense filter cake, effectively reducing the moisture content of the filter cake (expected to drop below 25%), facilitating the subsequent recovery or compliant disposal of the stone powder. The equipment as a whole uses a carbon steel frame (surrounded by stainless steel) and 120mm oil cylinders, along with PVC exposed water troughs and 4 single exposed water faucets. The exposed water design enables real-time observation of the clarification state of the filtrate, ensuring stable and controllable processing effect for each batch.

To ensure the continuity of the transportation and filtration of stone wastewater, this order also comes with a QBK-40 type pneumatic diaphragm pump (material: PP, flow rate: 8 m³/h), which is suitable for the high suspended matter characteristics of stone wastewater and can prevent pipeline blockage. The electrical system adopts a 440V, 50Hz three-phase power design, precisely matching the local grid parameters in Mexico, and can be directly put into production without additional modification. According to the technical team of Shanghai Junyi, this equipment can handle approximately 150L of solid-liquid mixture of stone wastewater in a single batch (calculated based on a 3-5% solid content of stone wastewater). Compared with traditional filtration equipment, the solid-liquid separation efficiency is increased by more than 40%, and the filtrate turbidity can be reduced to below 50 NTU, meeting the requirements for recycling or compliance discharge.

Currently, this set of 500-shelf filter press has completed the inventory preparation. It is packaged in wooden boxes and will be shipped to the Mexican customer site by CIF sea transportation on November 2nd. The business manager of Shanghai Junyi, Gary, said that this order is the customer's recognition of the company's "scenario customization" capability - previously, this customer had learned about the application of the company's candle-type filter in carbon powder filtration.
