This batch of equipment is a customized solution for the filtration scenarios of food and beverage and sugar syrup pipelines. Material and Craftsmanship: The entire machine is made of food-grade 316 stainless steel. The cylinder body has undergone sandblasting treatment, which not only enhances

its corrosion resistance but also makes it easier to clean and maintain. It fully complies with the requirements for direct contact with food media. 

Core parameters and connections: The design pressure is up to 1.6 Mpa. The inlet and outlet diameters are 2 inches (DN50), and the cylinder diameter is DN150. The

equipment adopts American standard ANSI 150# flanges to ensure reliable main pipeline connections, and the discharge port is equipped with 1-inch British standard tapered

pipe thread (BSPT), achieving seamless integration with the customer's existing pipeline system. 

Operation Monitoring: Standardly equipped with ordinary pressure gauges, these are used to monitor the pressure changes in the filtration system in real time, ensuring the stability and controllability of the production process.

High precision filtration (150μm / 0.15mm): Specifically designed for syrup filtration. This precision filter basket can efficiently intercept tiny solid impurities in the syrup, such as micro-crystalline sugar particles or fine debris carried by the raw materials, effectively ensuring the pure taste of the syrup and the product quality during subsequent processing (such as crystallization, filling). Each unit is equipped with 1 set as standard. 

High-throughput filtration (300μm / 0.3mm): Suitable for liquids such as fruit juices and carbonated beverages. This filter basket is designed to quickly remove large visible impurities from the liquid, such as fruit fibers and fruit residues, while ensuring the filtration effect. It significantly reduces the frequency of filter basket blockage, enabling the beverage production line to operate continuously and efficiently. An additional set is provided for each device.
