Junyi 2# Bag Filter Supports Efficient Industrial Fluid Purification

Recently, Shanghai Junyi Filtration Equipment Co., Ltd. completed the production assembly, performance testing, and factory quality inspection of a customized 2# bag filter (Model: JYSF-2#-304) for a client in Shenzhen. The equipment was prepared and delivered as scheduled for use in industrial fluid purification scenarios in South China, demonstrating reliable quality and efficient filtration performance as Junyi continues to strengthen its presence in the domestic industrial filtration market.

As a core industrial hub in South China, Shenzhen is home to dense manufacturing clusters with stringent requirements for material safety, filtration precision, operational stability, and installation compatibility of fluid filtration equipment. This customer project focuses on solid-liquid separation in general industrial fluids, with the core need to accurately remove tiny solid impurities to ensure stable operation of downstream equipment. Additionally, the equipment must be compact, easy to operate, low-maintenance, and suitable for the available installation space and continuous operating conditions.

Based on the customer's actual operating conditions, Junyi Filtration customized the JYSF-2#-304 2# bag filter. The unit is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, with a cylinder diameter of 219mm and a design pressure of 1.0MPa. The inlet and outlet are DN50 with HG standard flange connections, featuring a side-in, bottom-out layout (with an elbow at the bottom) to facilitate on-site piping connection. The surface is mirror-polished and equipped with a standard pressure gauge. The filter boasts a robust structure, tight sealing, and easy disassembly and assembly. It comes with a PP filter bag with a precision of 1 micron, ensuring stable and accurate filtration efficiency, effectively capturing fine impurities and meeting the purification needs of various media. The equipment has a small footprint and is easy to install and commission, effectively reducing on-site construction and long-term maintenance costs.

In terms of production control and delivery assurance, Junyi Filtration strictly implements a full-process quality management system. From incoming material inspection, precision welding, pressure strength testing, to surface polishing, every step adheres to high standards, ensuring stable performance and reliable quality. This order includes two complete units and matching filter bags, packaged in export-grade wooden crates with moisture-proof and shock-proof protection to ensure transport safety. Complete technical drawings, product nameplates, and factory photos and videos are also provided, helping the customer quickly complete acceptance and on-site installation. The order was delivered as scheduled on May 24, 2026, efficiently meeting the customer's delivery requirements.
