Cameroon, as one of the main producers of palm oil in Africa, has an urgent need for solid-liquid separation equipment that is suitable for oil separation and efficient recovery in its local vegetable oil processing industry. This time, the Cameroonian customer focused on the core demand of oil recovery in palm oil processing, requiring the equipment to handle a processing flow of 1000L/h, have good material adaptability, stable filtration efficiency, and meet the operational requirements of the oil processing scenario to achieve efficient separation and clean recovery of the oil.

In response to the palm oil processing conditions and core demands of the Cameroonian customer, Junyi has tailored a dedicated solution for the BAY4/510 cast iron plate and frame filter press. The entire machine adopts a manual feeding + manual plate pulling + hydraulic pressing + dark water discharge process design. The hydraulic cylinder specification is 120mm, providing sufficient pressing force to ensure the sealing of the filtration process. The dark water discharge design makes the filter liquid recovery cleaner, effectively avoiding oil contamination, and meeting the core demand of palm oil recovery. The frame is designed as a cast iron plate and frame 510 type, paired with a carbon steel frame, which is structurally robust, has strong load-bearing capacity, and is wear-resistant and durable, capable of adapting to the diverse operating environments in Africa. It is equipped with stainless steel pipes, which have excellent corrosion resistance and are suitable for the material characteristics of vegetable oil processing. There are 9 filter plates and 10 filter frames, all made of cast iron plate and frame material, with a size of 510×510mm, suitable for the solid-liquid separation conditions in palm oil processing, ensuring stable filtration efficiency and a long service life.

To precisely match the 1000L/h processing flow of palm oil and ensure the separation and recovery effect of the oil, the equipment is equipped with 9 pieces of polyester 3927 filter cloth, which is suitable for the vegetable oil processing scenario, balancing filtration accuracy and oil permeability, effectively achieving efficient separation of oil and solid impurities. The feeding system selects the KCB18.3-1.1kw type 304 stainless steel gear oil pump, paired with stainless steel pipes to form a complete feeding and conveying system, which is stable in operation, has high oil conveying efficiency, and is not prone to clogging, perfectly matching the conveying and filtration rhythm of palm oil. The entire machine is configured with 380V/50Hz three-phase power, in line with local industrial power standards.

In terms of cross-border delivery and quality assurance, Junyi strictly adheres to the production and packaging standards for export equipment. The entire machine is packaged in an export-specific wooden box, with key components undergoing anti-shock and fixation treatment to avoid damage during long-distance transportation. The production progress is strictly advanced according to the order requirements to ensure the equipment is delivered on schedule by April 16, 2026. The equipment is equipped with standard nameplates, and complete technical documentation is provided, offering comprehensive convenience for subsequent overseas customs clearance, on-site installation, and commissioning, without the need for customers to confirm the drawings in advance, significantly improving delivery efficiency.
