Customer Case: Project for Retrofitting the Circulating Water Filtration System of an Australian Water Treatment Enterprise Customer
Background
The client is a large water treatment service provider headquartered in Queensland, Australia. It mainly offers solutions for circulating water treatment and reclaimed water reuse to municipal sewage treatment plants, industrial parks, and commercial complexes. As the business scale expanded, the client's original filtration equipment gradually failed to meet the increasing project demands in terms of processing capacity, maintenance efficiency, and operational stability.
Challenges and Requirements
The client needs to intercept suspended solids in the circulating water, cooling water, and pretreatment water at multiple project sites, ensuring the normal operation of subsequent process equipment. The core requirements are as follows:
- The filtration accuracy needs to be stable at 100 micrometers, effectively removing silt, suspended particles and biological sludge.
- The equipment needs to be capable of operating continuously for 24 hours, with high reliability and low maintenance frequency.
- The on-site operators have limited skills, so the equipment should be simple in structure and easy to maintain.
- All project sites need to adopt the same equipment model to facilitate spare parts management and personnel training.
- The interface should comply with the ANSI standard to facilitate a quick connection with the existing pipeline system.
Solution
In response to the multi-project and large-scale demands of customers, we recommend and provide the JYSF-#2/304 stainless steel single-bag filter. The specific configuration is as follows:
The customer purchased 30 units at one time and deployed them at 6 water treatment project sites, covering various application scenarios such as circulating cooling water filtration, pre-treatment water interception, and reclaimed water reuse.
