Customer Case: 2# Bag Filter Applied in Industrial Liquid Filtration Project

An industrial manufacturing enterprise needs to filter liquids during the production process to remove the particulate impurities and improve the cleanliness of the liquids, ensuring the stable operation of subsequent processes. Based on its own process requirements, the customer selected the 2# bag filter model and put forward specific requirements for the material of the equipment, pressure, interface method and filter bag accuracy.

The customer has made the following specific requirements for the equipment:

• Except for the filter bags, all other materials must be made of SS304 stainless steel and undergo polishing treatment.
• The working pressure needs to reach 1.6 MPa.
• The inlet and outlet are DN65, and the inlet is on the side and the outlet is at the bottom.
• The filter bags are of 2# specification, with a precision of 5 microns, and have plastic mouths.
• It is equipped with adjustable legs.

According to the model selected by the customer and their technical requirements, we have configured a 2# bag filter for them. The equipment housing is made of SS304 stainless steel and has undergone polishing treatment, meeting the customer's requirements for corrosion resistance and appearance quality. The inlet and outlet are designed as DN65 side inlet and bottom outlet, facilitating the customer's connection to the existing pipeline system. The filter bags are of 2# specification, with a 5-micron accuracy and a plastic mouth design. They ensure the filtration effect while facilitating daily replacement and maintenance. The bottom of the equipment is equipped with adjustable legs to adapt to the actual situation of the installation ground. The nameplate is designed according to the customer's requirements, only showing relevant parameters and not including brand information.

After the contract was signed, we organized the supply of goods according to the agreed technical parameters. The equipment was packed in export-specific wooden boxes, with each unit placed separately in the wooden box to ensure safety during transportation. The delivery method was FOB, and the delivery time was arranged according to the customer's requirements. The customer used a 100% advance payment method, and both parties successfully completed the transaction as per the contract agreement.

The customer expressed their approval for the material of the equipment, the filtration accuracy, and the interface method. They believed that the 2# bag filter could meet their industrial liquid filtration needs. The equipment has a compact structure, is easy to install, and the adjustable legs design also enhanced the flexibility of on-site installation. The customer stated that if there are any future related requirements, they will continue to consider cooperation.

This case demonstrates that the 2# bag filter has good applicability in the field of industrial liquid filtration. With the configuration of SS304 stainless steel material, 5-micron filtration accuracy, DN65 side-in bottom-out structure, and adjustable legs, it can meet the customer's comprehensive requirements for filtration efficiency, durability, and installation flexibility.
