I. Customer background and needs
This cooperation customer is from Cote d 'Ivoire, focusing on cocoa butter processing and production business. In the refining process of cocoa butter, customers face the problem of oil filtration under high temperature conditions. They need a filtration equipment that can adapt to the high temperature environment of 80-90℃ and meet the needs of cocoa butter recovery, so as to realize the efficient purification of oil and resource recovery, and ensure the stable progress of the production process.
Ii. Core demands of the project
1. Suitable for high temperature working conditions: the equipment needs to withstand the working temperature of 80-90℃, to ensure that the filtration performance is stable under extreme working conditions and does not affect the quality of cocoa butter.

Iii. Solution and supply configuration

Based on the customer's high temperature filtration requirements and production scenarios, we have customized targeted filter press solutions for them, the specific configuration is as follows:
1. Core equipment: 1 XMY8/500 filter press. The equipment adopts carbon steel frame, with automatic hydraulic system, manual feeding device and double open flow PVC sink, the overall color is gray, the structure is strong and suitable for industrial production environment.
2. Key components:
○ Box filter plate: equipped with 20 high temperature filter plates, can withstand 100℃ atmospheric pressure environment, adapt to the customer's 80-90℃ working temperature requirements, to ensure that the filter plate is stable and durable in the filtration process.
○ Filter cloth: 1 set of filter cloth, using 750B conventional model, optimized for cocoa butter material characteristics, filtration accuracy and air permeability balance, ensure filtration efficiency.
Feeding system: supporting a set of 304SS pneumatic diaphragm pump and 304SS feeding pipe, with quick mounting clamp, corrosion resistance and excellent sealing performance, to ensure stable delivery of high temperature oil.
3. Spare parts support: an additional high temperature blind plate is provided to provide spare parts support for the long-term operation of the equipment and reduce the risk of maintenance shutdown.
