In industrial production, the selection of equipment directly affects the stability and efficiency of the production line. We understand that an excellent filter press solution requires not only reliable equipment but also precise matching with actual working conditions and long-term demands. Recently, we successfully delivered a customized filter press system to an important client. The core of this system includes one large-capacity thousand-type filter press and nine flexible 380-type filter presses, all equipped with a full set of high-quality spare parts and accessories.

To ensure the efficient and stable operation of the system, all core equipment is equipped with dedicated components. The 1000-type filter press is equipped with an original imported ARO brand feed pump, model 6661A3-344-C, with a pump body made of PP material and a flow rate of up to 177.9 liters per minute. At the same time, to ensure the continuity of the process during equipment maintenance, the pump is also equipped with a complete set of spare diaphragm kits. Nine 380-type filter presses are uniformly equipped with QBK-15 type feed pumps, and two complete spare pumps are provided to ensure that production does not interrupt under any circumstances. Common accessories for all pumps have also been fully prepared, forming a complete spare parts support system. In addition, for each filter press, we have equipped dedicated sealing blind plates to ensure good sealing and maintenance safety of the equipment when it is not in operation.

In the core design of the thousand-type filter press, we strive for both durability and intelligent convenience. The frame is made of high-strength carbon steel, equipped with a single-cylinder 250-ton oil cylinder with high thrust and a smooth-running variable-frequency trolley for pulling the plates. The filtrate discharge adopts an efficient four-corner dark-flow channel design, ultimately integrating into a single total outlet, simplifying the pipeline connection. The entire machine includes 57 main and 2 spare sealed chamber filter plates, each capable of withstanding a working temperature of 80 degrees Celsius and an inlet pressure of 0.6 to 0.8 megapascals. The key sealing parts use high-performance fluororubber sealing strips. To complement it, there is a complete set of 58 pieces of sealed filter cloths, with a filtration precision of approximately 800 mesh, also using fluororubber sealing technology to ensure absolute tightness during the filtration process and clear filtrate.

The "brain" of this machine - the automated control cabinet - integrates advanced control and interaction functions. It is centered around the Siemens S7-200 series PLC and is equipped with high-quality electrical components from Schneider, ensuring extremely high reliability. The control cabinet is fitted with an intuitive touch screen, enabling the system to precisely control the feeding process and fully automate the pulling and unloading of filter plates, significantly reducing the labor intensity of the operators.

Meanwhile, the JiuTai 380 type filter press forms a flexible production unit. Each complete machine adopts a sturdy carbon steel frame, equipped with a practical jack compression device and a single dark liquid outlet mode. Each is provided with 5 main and 2 spare sealed filter plates, which also meet the requirements of 80 degrees Celsius temperature resistance and 0.6 MPa feed pressure, and use fluororubber seals. The filter cloth set includes 6 filter bags, maintaining a high filtration accuracy of 800 mesh and fluororubber seal standards. These devices are compact in structure and easy to operate, making them very suitable for handling medium-sized batches or multi-line parallel filtration tasks.

From the core host to the dedicated pump set, from each filter plate and filter cloth to the intelligent control system, and even to the comprehensive backup pumps and accessories, what we offer is not merely a list of equipment, but a complete, reliable and high-performance filtration solution. This system has now been delivered to the customer through a rigorous FOB process (including freight and customs clearance), and is about to be put into production operation.
