Industrial automatic plate-drawing filter press - Customized according to your requirements, factory direct quotation available
1. Frame section: This includes the thrust plate, compression plate, and main beam. It is the foundation structure of the entire equipment, bearing all the filter plates and compression forces.
2. Filtration section: Composed of multiple filter plates and filter cloths. The surface of the filter plates has grooves, which are used to support the filter cloths and collect the filtrate. The filter cloths are the medium directly responsible for achieving solid-liquid separation.
3. Hydraulic System: Comprises the hydraulic station, cylinders and control valves. It is responsible for providing power to drive the pressing plate to press and release the filter plate.
4. Automatic Plate Pulling System: This is the core of "automation". It is usually composed of a variable-frequency motor, a transmission chain/belt, and a plate pulling device (mechanical hand), which can precisely control the speed and sequence of plate pulling.
5. Electrical Control System: Utilizing PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and touch screen (human-machine interface), users can easily set and adjust parameters such as pressure, time, and cycle count, enabling either fully automatic or manual control.
6. Auxiliary device (optional):
Filter cloth tensioning and vibrating device: During discharging, it vibrates the filter cloth to facilitate the detachment of the sticky filter cake.
Collection tray: Collect the dripping liquids and keep the working environment clean.
Belt conveyor: Automatically transports the removed filter cake to the designated location.
1. High degree of automation: From pressing, feeding, pulling the plate to discharging, the entire process runs automatically, enabling one person to manage multiple machines, thus saving a significant amount of labor costs.
2. High filtration efficiency and large production capacity: The continuous automated cycle operation eliminates the time intervals of manual operations, resulting in a significant increase in the processing volume per unit time.
3. Low moisture content of the filter cake: An optional secondary pressing function (diaphragm pressing) can be selected, which can further extract the moisture from the filter cake, resulting in drier solid materials.
4. Stable and reliable operation: Utilizing hydraulic pressing, it provides strong and smooth force; the electrical control system is stable and has a low failure rate.
5. Excellent safety performance: Equipped with electrical interlock and mechanical safety devices, such as hydraulic overload protection and abnormal stoppage of the pull plate, effectively safeguarding both the equipment and the operators' safety.
6. Strong adaptability: By adjusting the filter plate material (PP, rubber, cast iron, stainless steel), the filter cloth model, and the working pressure, it can handle various materials of different properties.
The automatic plate-hanging hydraulic box-type filter press is a core equipment in the fields of environmental protection, chemical industry,
and metallurgy, and is mainly used for:
1. Environmental protection industry: Dewatering treatment of sludge from urban sewage plants and sludge from industrial wastewater (such as from dyeing, papermaking, electroplating, etc.).
2. Chemical Industry: Solid-liquid separation of pigments, dyes, fertilizers, pesticides, resins, electrolytes, etc.
3. Metallurgical and mining industries: Dehydration of metal tailings and concentrates, treatment of smelting sludge.
4. Food industry: Filtration of starch, fruit juice, yeast, and plant extracts.
5. Ceramics and building materials industry: Dewatering of kaolin, glazes, etc.
When choosing an automatic plate-hung hydraulic box-type filter press, the following factors should be considered:
1. The characteristics of the materials to be processed: including the size of solid particles, viscosity, concentration, acidity and alkalinity, etc. These determine the selection of filter plate material, filter cloth model and pump.
2. Processing capacity requirements: Determine the filtration area and filter chamber volume of the equipment based on the dry/wet sludge processing volume per hour or per day.
3. Requirements for filter cake moisture content: If a very dry filter cake is required, a machine with a diaphragm pressing function should be selected.
4. Automation Level: Based on the budget and personnel allocation, choose the basic automatic plate pulling system, or add more advanced functions such as automatic filter cloth cleaning and automatic liquid collection.
5. Equipment material: For materials with strong corrosiveness, materials that are resistant to corrosion should be selected, such as reinforced polypropylene or stainless steel.
