Factory wholesale price 450 Type PLC Controlled Automatic Hydraulic Box-type Filter Press
High filtration pressure
The hydraulic pressing provides a strong sealing force, allowing for the use of higher feed pressure. The filtration speed is fast and the moisture content of the filter cake is low.
High solid recovery rate
The filtrate is clear, and the solid particles are basically completely retained.
The moisture content of the filter cake is relatively low
especially for the models equipped with diaphragm pressing function, it can significantly reduce the moisture content of the filter cake through secondary pressing.
Wide applicability
By selecting different filter plate materials (PP, rubber, cast iron, stainless steel) and filter cloths, it can handle various corrosive, high-temperature or special nature materials.
High degree of automation
It can achieve fully automatic operation, significantly reducing labor intensity and enhancing production efficiency.
Sturdy structure, stable operation
Mature design, long service life.
1. Frame section: This includes the thrust plate, compression plate and main beam. It is the foundation structure of the entire equipment, bearing all the filter plates and compression forces.
2. Filtration section: Composed of multiple box-shaped filter plates and filter cloths. The filter plates are usually made of reinforced polypropylene (PP) or cast iron, stainless steel, and have grooves on the surface to support the filter cloth and guide the filtrate to flow out. The filter cloth is the key filtering medium, and its material and pore size are selected based on the characteristics of the material being filtered.
3. Hydraulic System: Composed of a hydraulic station, hydraulic cylinders and oil pipes. It provides the power required for pressing and releasing the filter plates, and is the core component for the stable operation of the equipment.
4. Electrical Control System: Utilizes PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and touch screen to achieve automatic control of the entire workflow (compression, feeding, pressing, release, and plate pulling).
5. Auxiliary device (optional):
Lifting system: Automatically or semi-automatically pulls out the filter plates one by one, divided into hydraulic drive and mechanical arm drive.
Liquid collection tray: Used to collect dripping liquids and keep the working environment clean.
Filter cloth rinsing system: Automatically rinses the filter cloth to extend its service life.
Belt conveyor: Automatically transports the removed filter cake away.
The working process of the box-type filter press mainly consists of four stages:
1. Pressing the filter plates: Start the hydraulic station. The hydraulic cylinder pushes the pressing plate, causing all the filter plates to be pressed tightly between the thrust plate and the pressing plate, forming individual sealed filter chambers.
2. Feed filtration: The feed pump (such as a slurry pump) pumps the suspended liquid to be filtered from the feed port on the thrust plate into the filter chamber. Under the pressure of the pump, the filtrate penetrates through the filter cloth and collects along the grooves on the filter plates and is discharged through the outlet port. The solid particles are intercepted by the filter cloth and gradually accumulate to form a filter cake in the filter chamber.
3. Washing/Pressing (Optional):
Washing: If it is necessary to recover the effective components in the filter cake or remove impurities, washing water can be introduced to wash the filter cake.
Compression: After the filtration process is completed, compressed air or water can be introduced to the compression membrane (if equipped) to conduct a second compression on the filter cake, thereby further reducing the moisture content of the filter cake.
4. Release the filter plate and unload the cake: After the filtration and pressing processes are completed, the hydraulic station releases the pressure. The hydraulic cylinder then drives the pressing plate to retract. Next, the pulling plate system is activated, and each filter plate is sequentially pulled apart. The filter cake, due to its own weight, falls off from the filter cloth and drops into the collection tank or conveyor below, completing one working cycle.
Environmental protection industry: Dewatering treatment of sludge from urban sewage plants and sludge from industrial wastewater (such as sludge from dyeing, electroplating, and papermaking).
Chemical industry: Solid-liquid separation of dyes, pigments, pesticides, resins, electrolytes, fillers, etc.
Mining and Metallurgy: Dewatering of concentrate, treatment of tailings, and dewatering of metal hydroxide precipitates.
Food industry: Filtration of starch, yeast, and plant extract solutions.
Ceramics and Building Materials: Dewatering of kaolin, glaze, and quartz sand.
