Factory direct supply of customized filtration solution - 630 automatic hydraulic plate and frame filter press
1. Automation of pressing operation: The core advantage, achieving the effortless and automated process of pressing/relaxing.
2. Excellent sealing performance: The hydraulic pressure holding function ensures a high-pressure seal throughout the entire filtration process, resulting in high filtration efficiency and a cleaner environment.
3. Robust and durable structure: The pressure-bearing components of the equipment are designed to be sturdy, enabling it to withstand high-pressure filtration conditions for an extended period.
4. Simple operation and maintenance: The hydraulic system is technologically mature, highly reliable, and requires simple daily maintenance.
5. High cost-effectiveness: While achieving automation in key processes, the manufacturing cost and maintenance cost of this equipment are lower than those of fully automatic models, demonstrating outstanding economic efficiency.
1. Frame Section: Thrust Plate, Compression Plate, Main Beam.
2. Core System: Hydraulic Pressing System (including hydraulic station, main cylinder and electronic control device).
3. Filtration section: Filter plates, filter frames, filter cloths.
4. Electrical control system: Used to control the startup, compression, release and stop of the hydraulic station.
1. Automatic Pressing: Press the "Press" button, the hydraulic station starts to operate, pushing the pressing plate forward to compress all the filter plates and filter boxes together to form a sealed filter chamber.
2. Feed filtration: The feed pump pumps the material into each filtration chamber. The solids are retained by the filter cloth to form a filter cake, while the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and is discharged.
3. Release pressure and release: After the filtration process is completed, press the "Release" button. The hydraulic system will control the oil cylinder to retract, thereby moving the compression plate back to its original position.
4. Manual discharging: The operator needs to manually pull apart each filter plate one by one, and then manually remove the filter cake. (This is the operation method under the standard configuration.)
1. Chemical industry: Dewatering of pigments, dyes, intermediates, and plastic particles.
2. Mining and Metallurgy: Dehydration treatment of metal concentrates, tailings, and smelting residues.
3. Environmental-friendly sludge dewatering: Sludge dewatering for small and medium-sized sewage treatment plants and industrial wastewater treatment.
4. Food industry: Filtration of sugars, fermentation liquids, and plant extracts.
5. Ceramics and Building Materials: Dewatering of clay, glazes, and slurry.
