Easy Open Stainless Steel Multi Bag Filter Hydraulic Lifting
1. Made of 316L stainless steel
The cylinder body, filter basket and all main flow-through components are made of 316L stainless steel. It is resistant to chloride ion corrosion, acid and alkali media, and is suitable for high-temperature or sanitary-grade application conditions.
2. Sandblasting surface treatment
The outer surface undergoes uniform sandblasting treatment, presenting a matte metallic texture. It is scratch-resistant, easy to clean, and enhances the industrial aesthetic appeal of the equipment.
3. Bottom inlet and outlet design (10 inches, 150# flange)
Both the inlet and outlet are located at the bottom, in accordance with ASME B 16.5 standards. This design facilitates the emptying of the low point of the pipeline, reduces liquid residue, and is beneficial for cleaning and maintenance.
4. Hydraulic rocker cover opening mechanism
Equipped with a hydraulic auxiliary rocker arm, it enables a single person to easily open the heavy-duty cylinder cover, reducing the operational intensity and improving the efficiency of bag replacement and maintenance.
5. Special Forklift Base (Removable)
The legs are equipped with carbon steel horizontal bars (removable), facilitating the transfer and positioning of the forklift. The color of the bars has been coordinated to be similar to the appearance of the 316L cylinder, balancing practicality with overall aesthetics.
6. Large-sized discharge and vent ports
Both the discharge port and the vent port feature 2-inch NPT interfaces and are equipped with valves. They enable rapid waste discharge and smooth exhaust, avoiding the impact of air resistance on the filtration flow.
7. Dual pressure monitoring points
One 1/4-inch pressure gauge (reading unit: bar) is installed at both the inlet and outlet (inlet and outlet). It continuously monitors the pressure difference before and after the filter bag, accurately indicating the timing for replacement.
8. EPDM Sealing Ring
It adopts a three-component ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber sealing ring, which is resistant to aging, heat, and various weak acid and alkali media. This ensures reliable sealing of the cylinder without any leakage.
