Customized on demand Sturdy 450 Cast Iron Filter Press Reliable Performance
1. Frame section:
Tail plate (fixed plate): Fixedly installed at one end of the frame, it is the pressure-bearing end.
Front panel (movable panel): Connected to the piston rod of the manual hydraulic cylinder, it can move forward and backward.
Crossbeam: Usually consists of two sturdy cast-iron or steel beams, used to support all the filter plates and filter frames.
2. Core Filtering:
Filter plate: A solid cast iron plate with grooves on the surface, used to guide the filtrate to flow out.
Filter frame: Hollow cast iron frame, arranged alternately with the filter plates, jointly forming a filter chamber for accommodating the filter cake.
Filter cloth: The filtering medium, covering both sides of each filter plate.
3. Key Feature: Manual Pressing Device
Manual hydraulic pump (jacks): This is the "heart" of the equipment. It is either integrated within the cylinder or an external manual pump. The operator presses or rotates the handle repeatedly to push the hydraulic oil into the cylinder, thereby moving the piston rod forward.
Hydraulic cylinder: Converts the hydraulic energy generated by the manual pump into linear motion mechanical energy, generating tremendous clamping force.
Pressure gauge: Used to display the current oil pressure, enabling the operator to determine whether the clamping force meets the requirements.
Pressure relief valve: A manual knob or valve. When it is necessary to release the pressure filter, open this valve. The hydraulic oil in the cylinder will flow back and the pressure will be released.
1. Extremely high economic efficiency:
The initial purchase cost is the lowest among all the filter presses.
There is no need to configure expensive electric hydraulic stations or complex PLC electrical control systems.
2. Simple structure, easy maintenance:
The mechanical structure is clearly visible and there are almost no complex electrical components.
There are few fault points, and the maintenance is very simple. Ordinary workers can handle most of the problems.
3. Extremely low requirements for infrastructure:
The pressing and releasing actions can be completed without electricity (only the feeding pump requires power), making it highly suitable for outdoor or temporary operation scenarios where power supply is unstable or completely absent.
4. Durable and sturdy:
All the pressure-bearing components are made of high-strength cast iron, which is corrosion-resistant, shock-resistant and has a long service life.
5. Flexibility:
The number of filter plates/filters can be increased or decreased as needed to accommodate different processing volumes.
This model is applicable to:
- Small-scale chemical, ceramic and metallurgical workshops: Small processing capacity and limited budget.
- Laboratory, R&D Center: Used for conducting process tests and formula screening on small quantities of materials.
- Mineral sampling or preliminary processing in remote areas.
- As a teaching demonstration device: Due to its simple and clear structure, it is easy to understand the principle of the filter press.
