Customizable factory direct-supplied automatic hydraulic box-type filter press with low price
1. High dehydration rate: The unique box-type structure and diaphragm pressing function can generate a pressing pressure of up to several dozen bars, resulting in extremely low moisture content of the filter cake, significantly reducing the subsequent drying costs and processing volume.
2. Strong processing ability and excellent filtration effect: Suitable for various difficult-to-filter suspensions. The filtrate is clear and the solid content recovery rate is high.
3. Stable operation, safe and reliable: The hydraulic system maintains stable pressure, and has comprehensive overload protection; The electrical system features multiple safety interlocks to ensure the safety of the equipment and operators.
4. Energy-saving and efficient: After the main circulation process is completed, the feed pump stops, and the moisture content can be significantly reduced solely through the pressing stage. Compared to traditional equipment, this method consumes less energy.
5. Long service life: The core components such as the frame and hydraulic station are designed to be robust. The filter plates and filter cloths are wear-prone parts that can be easily replaced, with costs remaining controllable.
1. Frame Section: Comprises the thrust plate, compression plate, and main beam. This constitutes the main framework of the equipment, bearing the compressive force.
2. Filtration section: It is composed of multiple orderly arranged filter plates and filter cloths placed between them. The filter plates are usually made of polypropylene (PP) and are corrosion-resistant. The filter cloths are made of different materials and have different pore sizes depending on the characteristics of the materials being filtered.
3. Hydraulic System: Hydraulic station, cylinders, oil pumps and control valves. They provide stable and powerful power for pressing and releasing the filter plates, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment.
4. Automatic Plate Pulling System (Optional): Composed of variable-frequency motors/hydraulic motors, transmission chains, and plate pulling devices. It enables the automatic and orderly opening and closing of filter plates, which is a key feature of "automation".
5. Electrical Control System: PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), touch screen (HMI), sensors, etc. This system integrates the automatic control, parameter setting, status monitoring and fault alarm functions of the equipment, enabling "one-click" operation.
6. Auxiliary System (Optional):
Collection tray: Collect the dripping liquids and keep the working environment clean.
Filter cloth rinsing device: Automatically rinses the filter cloth to prevent blockage and extend its service life.
Belt conveyor: Automatically transports the separated filter cake to the designated location.
The working process of the box-type filter press mainly consists of four stages:
1. Pressing the filter plates: The hydraulic station operates, pushing the pressing plates to compress the multi-layer hollow filter plates between the thrust plate and the pressing plate, forming individual sealed filtration chambers.
2. Feed filtration: The feed pump pumps the suspended liquid (slurry) to be filtered into the filter press, evenly entering all the filtration chambers. Under the pressure of the feed pump, the liquid (filtrate) penetrates through the filter cloth and collects and flows out of the machine through the grooves on the filter plates, while the solid particles are retained in the filtration chamber and gradually form a filter cake.
3. Washing/Pressing (Optional):
Washing: If it is necessary to recover the effective components in the filter cake or remove impurities, washing water can be introduced to wash the filter cake.
Compression: This is one of its core advantages. After the filtration process is completed, high-pressure water or compressed air is injected into the diaphragm inside the filter plate through the feed port or a dedicated port. This causes the elastic diaphragm to expand, performing a secondary mechanical compression on the filter cake, thereby further reducing the moisture content of the filter cake.
4. Discharge: After the filtration and pressing process is completed, the formed filter cake will automatically fall off from the filter cloth due to its own weight and drop into the collection tank or conveyor below, thus completing one working cycle.
1. Environmental protection industry: Sludge dewatering in urban sewage treatment plants and industrial wastewater (such as electroplating, dyeing, papermaking, food processing, etc.) treatment.
2. Mining and Metallurgy: Dewatering of metal tailings and concentrates, treatment of smelting residues, dewatering in the beneficiation processes of kaolin, bauxite, etc.
3. Chemical Industry: Solid-liquid separation and extraction of products such as pigments, dyes, pesticides, resins, catalysts, and inorganic salts.
4. Food and Biotechnology Engineering: Filtration of starch, syrup, soy sauce residue, beer residue, citric acid, enzyme preparations, etc.
When choosing a suitable box-type automatic hydraulic filter press, the following factors need to be considered:
1. Characteristics of the materials to be processed: These include the size, hardness, concentration, acidity and alkalinity, and viscosity of the solid particles. These factors determine the selection of the material and model of the filter plate/fabric.
2. Processing capacity requirements: Based on the amount of dry mud or slurry that needs to be processed per hour or per day, calculate the required filtration area and the volume of the filter chamber.
3. Process Requirements: There are specific requirements regarding the moisture content of the filter cake and the clarity of the filtrate. These requirements determine whether a diaphragm pressing function or a washing function needs to be configured.
4. Degree of Automation: Based on the investment budget and on-site personnel allocation, choose the basic automatic plate pulling model or the fully automatic model (including filter cloth rinsing, liquid collection flap, etc.).
5. Installation space: Take into account the size of the equipment itself as well as the operational space required for unloading and maintenance.
