1.Box-type filter plate structure:
62 filter plates + 2 end plates. Each filter plate has a size of 870x870mm, with a filter cake thickness of 30mm. The cake formation efficiency is high.
2.Drainage method:
Equipped with a plastic water tank, which makes it easy to observe the liquid discharge from each filter plate and facilitates maintenance.
3.Central feed design:
The inner lining of the feed inlet is made of PP material, which is corrosion-resistant and suitable for various working conditions.
4.Automatic plate-lifting system:
The small vehicle automatically lifts the plates, with PLC control, reducing the need for manual intervention.
5.Safety control system:
Equipped with manual/automatic switches, emergency stop buttons and emergency stop ropes on the operation side, enhancing operational safety.
6.Pressure Monitoring:
The cylinder is equipped with an 0-40MPa electrical contact pressure gauge, with a clamping force of 16-18MPa, a design pressure of 22MPa, and a pressure retention function for the filter plate.

Equipped with 63 layers of PP non-woven filter cloth, the filtration accuracy reaches 10 micrometers, meeting the requirements for precise separation.
2.Adaptable:
The filter plate material is PP, suitable for normal temperature and neutral liquids (with neutral pH), and the inlet pressure is 0.6 MPa.
3.Flexible control:
The PLC can control the operation of the feed pump and integrates pipeline and pressure sensors, facilitating system interconnection.
4.Structurally durable:
The frame is made of carbon steel and is coated with a gray-white anti-corrosion paint layer on the surface, which is suitable for general industrial environments.
