Material: All the main load-bearing components (the thrust plate, the compression plate, the main beam, and the cylinder base) are made of 304 or 316 stainless steel.

2. Efficient Diaphragm Filter Unit
Filter plate assembly: Composed of box-type filter plates and rubber diaphragm filter plates in an alternating manner.
High-pressure extrusion: After the feed is completed, a high-pressure medium (water or gas) is introduced into the diaphragm to conduct a second pressing on the filter cake, which can significantly reduce the moisture content of the filter cake (up to 5% - 15% lower than that of ordinary filter presses).
3. Filter Cake Backflush System
Function: Before discharging, introduce compressed air into the filter chamber to penetrate the filter cake, aiming to:
Reduce residual filtrate: Blow out some of the capillary water in the filter cake to further decrease the solid content.
Promote discharging: Causes a slight separation between the filter cake and the filter cloth, facilitating the detachment of the filter cake, especially suitable for viscous materials.
Blowing channel: It can clear the feed channel and prevent blockages.
4. Fully sealed liquid-contact flap plate
Function: During the processes of filtration and pressing, the flap is in a closed position, creating a completely enclosed space where all the liquid that may drip or leak from the filter plate间隙 can be collected completely.

Maintain a clean environment: Completely eliminate any leaks, spills or drips to meet the requirements of a dust-free workshop or clean production.
Protective equipment: Prevent corrosive filtrate from eroding the mechanical components beneath the frame.

5. Continuous discharge belt conveyor
Function: Perfectly integrates with the filter press, automatically receiving and transporting the discharged filter cake.
Advantages:
Enables centralized and continuous processing of the filter cake, significantly improving the working environment and reducing the need for manual handling.
1. Pressurization and Sealing: The hydraulic system tightens the filter plates, and the liquid receiving flap automatically closes.
2. Feed and Primary Filtration: The feed pump pumps the material into the filter chamber, creating the initial filter cake.
3. Diaphragm compression: Start the high-pressure system and perform a second compression and dehydration on the filter cake.
4. Filter cake backflushing: Introduce compressed air to further dry the filter cake and clear the flow channels.
5. Preparation for liquid intake and discharge: Keep the baffle in the closed position for a moment to collect the remaining liquid droplets, and then it will automatically open.
6. Discharge and Conveying: (By manual or auxiliary means, the filter plates are opened), the dry filter cake automatically falls off onto the belt conveyor and is then collected and transported out.
